Our Story...

Rapid Growth

The Salesforce platform is growing rapidly. Organizations large and small in a variety of industries are turning to Salesforce for their customer relationship management. Salesforce's offerings provide companies with adaptable and customizable features that they can tailor to their business model. But who will take ownership of these new implementations?

Keeping Pace

As a certified Salesforce administrator I have often been approached by business owners using Salesforce with requests to help them customize features, run reports, and other "how to's". It soon became clear to me that there are people using Salesforce but not utilizing it effectively or efficiently . Implementations are often unchanged from their initial roll-outs years prior with new features being unknown, let alone implemented and adopted.  One organization I worked with had apps that had not been upgraded in 10 years.

Enabling Adoption

After introducing myself to a lawyer once and mentioning that I worked as a Salesforce administrator he remarked how he had used Salesforce in a prior job and really enjoyed it. He said he wished his new firm would implement Salesforce but realized the small firm did not have the human capital available to maintain the org. What a shame! I thought. Their needs would be basic but he was right. With no oversight or resources to address issues that may arise, their org would struggle.

Disrupting the Model

The age of the "On-Demand Economy" is upon us. The traditional, in-house, Salesforce administrator, while still ideal for many environments, is not necessary for other implementations. Let SF on Demand maintain, train, and update your org as you need it and when you need it. Our full range of administration services will help you get the most out of your Salesforce org.
